  We love to eat here, at least once a month. Food always good and fresh. Today it was pretty messy. No spoons for coffee, Floors and tables were messy. Not many people here Food took forever. Very family oriented. Cleaning and food service needs to be better.

  I've been to their other location which has GREAT food but dismal atmosphere. I thought I might give this one a try which is in a much nicer setting. We knew they closed at 2, so we got there at 1.20, hoping to have plenty of time to order and eat. It was incredibly busy and there did not seem to be enough servers to cover all the tables. We were seated right away, but by the time someone took our order, it was 1.45. When we placed our order, we were told they did not have enough time to make our food. I told the server, we've been waiting to place our order for over 20 minutes. She was apologetic and went and got the manager, who told us the same thing, less apologetically. When we told her we'd been waiting over 20 minutes to place our order she rolled her eyes. At that point, we got up and left. I know the food is good, I'll give them another chance. It was not the server's fault, I watched her work every table before she got to us. The manager could have been kinder and they should have been willing to accommodate us.

  Absolutely delicious. I've tried a couple dishes there and I was not disappointed. Service is good. I definitely recommend pancake cafe for a great breakfast. I haven't tried their lunch food, but probably never will because I'll never get past the breakfast!

  Cannot say that I was a big fan of this place. To start, it took a really long time for the food to arrive. Part of the reason may be because we went on a Sunday and it was busy, but still, for the food that we ordered I do not think it should have taken that long. In addition, I got the coffee that we ordered but found no spoon to mix the milk and sugar. When I asked for a spoon I was told that they were currently in the process of washing them and that they would bring me one as soon as they were clean. I do not mind waiting, but what bothers me is that this was not communicated to me when the coffee was brought out. As for the food, the taste was generic. Nothing stood out. There were no memorable flavors and I was disappointed with the serving size. I feel like there are other breakfast places that offer much better for the same price.

  Had to ask for coffee refills twice. My food was not hot or even warm. Forgot to put whipped cream on waffle, too. Think you need more staff.
